Real-time 3D walkthroughs · in the browser

Let clients walk through the building before it is built.

Upload the 3D model you already have. HyperStudio turns it into a walkthrough that opens from a link, on a phone, a laptop or a VR headset. Nobody has to install anything.

From your model to a link in three steps

  1. 01

    Import

Export the scene from your 3D software as glTF/GLB, FBX or OBJ and drop it into HyperStudio. Units are detected, so a model in centimetres arrives at the right size.

    .glb · .gltf · .fbx · .obj

  2. 02

    Set the scene

Save the views you want to show, add points with product details and finish options, and choose between day and night light.

  3. 03

    Share

Send the link, or place the walkthrough on your own website with one line of code. It runs on phones, tablets, laptops and VR headsets.

What your clients get

Walk, orbit, plan

Walk at eye height, lift the roof for a dollhouse view, or look down on the floor plan. Click anywhere on the floor to jump in.

Guided tour

Saved views play one after another with smooth camera moves, so the client sees the rooms in the order you planned.

Finishes on the spot

Swap the floor, the stone or the fabric while standing in the room. No new render, no waiting.

Product details

Points in the scene open a card with sizes and notes, so the client knows what each piece is.

Day and night

Sunlight through the windows during the day, lamps and ceiling spots at night.

VR headsets

On a headset with a browser, the client walks around the space at real scale and moves by pointing at the floor.

On your website

Embed the walkthrough in a project page or a property listing with a single iframe.

Nothing to install

It runs on WebGL in the browser the client already has, on phones and tablets too.

Questions

Which 3D programs can I use?

Any program that exports glTF/GLB, FBX or OBJ: SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Blender, Rhino, ArchiCAD and others. GLB works best because textures travel inside the file.

Do my clients need to install anything?

No. The walkthrough opens in Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox, on a computer, a phone or a tablet.

How big can a model be?

Most apartments and houses work well. For large projects, remove hidden detail such as screws and the insides of furniture before export, and keep textures at 2K or smaller.

Can I try it with my own model?

Yes. Open the demo and press Open model, or drop a file on the page. The file stays in your browser and is not uploaded.

Does it work in VR?

Yes, on headsets with a WebXR browser, such as Meta Quest. Press VR in the viewer.
